We procure supplies of one side, both side and multilayer printed circuit boards in all entire ranges with several finishing of surface, fully tested and machined according the requirements.

Production:

• One side, double side and multilayer (up to 18 layers) printed circuit boards

Limits:

• Line width 0,1 mm
• Isolation gap width 0,1 mm
• Minimum drilling hole diameter 0,1 mm
• Maximum outer PCB dimension 600 × 550 mm, for multilayer PCB 550 × 500 mm
• Number of layers is given by required maximum board thickness 0,4 – 5 mm

Base material:

• ISOLA (DE104, IS400, IS410, PCL370HR), LAMITEC, POLYIMID, TEFLON (TACONIC, ROGERS), IMS (VENTEC, CW004A)
• Base material thickness variants 0,1 – 3,2 mm
• Cu foil thickness 5, 9, 18, 35, 70, 105 µm

Surface finishing:

• HAL, immersion Au process Aurotech
• Non-soldering mask
• Silkscreen color according the customer request
• Connector gilding – galvanic Ni and Au

Contour fabrication:

• Precise cutting (optical scissors)
• Outer contour milling
• Milling of  bridges shape (inner or outer)
• Milling of inner holes of irregular shape, tool diameter from 0,8mm
• Countersink of holes and shapes
• V-routing

Inspection:

• 100% electrical test (shorts, missing/blind lines, breaks), parallel test fixture (bed of nails)
• Optical check
