In order to digitize PCB layout sucessfully, we accept the circuitry drawing in various data formats, even in the form of hand-made blueprints. We digitize the circuitry drawing and provide it as the electronic data (platforms Orcad V16.5, PADS Logic, DxDesigner, ALTIUM Designer). PCBs are designed in the CAD system PADS Layout or ALTIUM Designer with the respect to the technological requirements, target annual volume and pick and place technology considered for the production. The customers can submit circuitry drawings and PCB layout designs in system Eagle as well, we can convert these inputs into system ALTIUM Designer. We propose mechanical design solution of finished products including the full set of documentation and mechanical items procurement. The technical data, required for PCB design acceptance, are specified in detail in section online inquiry, PCB design.

We need next PCB design inputs:

  • PCB drawing with dimensions, position of holes or components with defined positioning
  • Bill of materials with component type and package description (PDF, Excel)
  • Circuitry drawing (hand made blueprint, PDF, DXF, Corel Draw, Eagle, Orcad, PowerLogic, DxDesigner, ALTIUM Designer)

Printed circuit boards design principles

The designer during the PCB design takes into account all customer requirements so that the CAD design system would be set appropriately, both for classical and Flex-Rigid versions. These are from technological point of view depended on the PCB and Cu foil thickness. We primarily consider the version and thickness of base material, current flow for power supplies lines and power bonds (specifications of Cu foil thickness, lines width, differencial pairs), electronic components packages, the influence of external environment, the application of populated PCB and manufacturer technological capabilities.
