SMT and mechanical assembly, cabling

We populate PCBs by SMT/THT electronic components followed by subsequent mechanical assembly, wire harness manufacturing or final product assembly.

Assembly of electronic components:

• We perform PCB assemblies either manually or on automatic pick&place machine with consecutive soldering by Pb or Pb-free solder:
  • automatic assembly of SMT components on flexible automatic pick&place machine Fritsch with technological limits:
    • PCB minimum dimensions 5 x 5 mm
    • PCB maximum dimensions 910 x 430 mm
    • the scope of mounted electronic component‘s dimension from 0402 up to 70 x 70 mm, based on prior agreement dimensions from 0201 possible
    • reflow soldering in the insert reflow oven
  • manual assembly SMT and THT electronic components, subsequent manual or wave soldering, if this is supported by PCB layout and electronic components deployment
• We clean populated PCBs manually, in the ultrasound washing machine or in the automatic rinsing Injet machine.
• The soldering quality we inspect on AOI machine or visually with utilization of optical inspection devices.

• We mount onto populated PCBs catalogue or unique mechanical parts, if applicable. Non-standard items we let produced according the technical drawing or 3D data at third party.
• We carry out the assembly of finished PCBs into higher sub-blocks or to the final product for immediate delivery to the end customer.

• If needed we secure to the populated PCBs as accessories wire harness manufacturing, terminals crimping or interconnection cables production.
• We manufacture high volume as well as sample batches, including unique one-shot versions.
