We carry out designs and subsequent production of simple mechanical items, like various front pannels, covers, casings etc, including their surface treatment by metal plating, anodizing, color painting or similar. We plan and make provisions of their final graphical layout by computing graphic process or by silkscreen.
We advertize services in the field of industry design, which means the visual design of industrial products with complex utilization of rules of functionality, safety, proper shape, ergonomics and color scale. The result of this process is three-dimensional digital model of final product, the drawing with dimension figures in required scale, design analysis report and technical manual. If required as a supplement we propose product advertisement on posters and real 3D models. The design artworks of our engineers got the award „Excellent Design“ of Czech DesignCenter Authority.
The PD-Studio was founded in 2006 as a part of AJ Technology, s.r.o. Since year 2007 studio’s main focus is in developing 3D models of after-market parts for automotive industry, especially for manufacturing with carbon-fiber technology.
